ipSCAPE was founded in Sydney, Australia in 2005, by four contact centre veterans with a vision – to offer the rich feature-set of the traditional on-premise contact centre delivered from the cloud with SaaS pay-as-you-use commercials.
From the very beginning ipSCAPE was designed to be agile and simple to use and manage, and quickly became known for its innovative solutions. Although ipSCAPE now has operations in 27 countries, the head office is still in Sydney, Australia. The support team and core R&D team still sit in the same office as the CEO.
